My name’s Jim, and I have been using a computer since I was about 5 years old starting with DOS. I enjoy board games and video games when not working. I also enjoy the original Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) the most, including writing assembly for it!
I first learned to program with GW Basic. Learned Visual Basic after that, and then during college learned C/C++/C#.
I’ve also dabbled with Java. As a sysadmin, I use BASH a lot along with Python or Ruby for scripting. I’ve even dabbled into Powershell.
I hope to use this site to show progress on all the projects I have started (and abandoned for new projects!)
